You will learn how to analyse your current digital offering. How to assess, test, and ultimately improve your user’s experience. You will be able to discover and define your business goals, design a user friendly experience, test and launch your product.
Once you have completed this workshop you will appreciate how to continuously maintain and improve your digital presence, acting on evidence of opportunities for enhancement. The ultimate purpose is to look at your online offerings in a new light so that you delight your customers (or potential customers) with the quality of your product or service.
